Opening up the program's resources: our online documentation

As the program coordination team, our main duties are to set up cohorts, coach entrepreneurs throughout the year and promote and develop the EIG program. In this context, a knowledge base including our events, processes, explanations and good practices has to be set up. In this article, we describe the aims of our documentation, the construction process followed and how we update it.
Mobilising digital skills in administrations: what initiatives abroad?

In France, as well as in other countries, administrations face the same problem: how to recruit digital skills? They have launched different initiatives to adress the problem. In this article, we compare these initiatives to our program in order to better understand what is being done and where our similarities lie.

What outcome for EIG challenges?

How can the digital transformation impetus provided by EIGs be put on a permanent footing? And what is the role of the mentors in this sustainability?

What is open source software? Did the Public Interet Entrepreneurs use some? Did they publish some? How can we push open source in the program and in the administration? Looking back on the second year of the program, here are some thoughts on the topic.
Establishing exemplary public algorithms, the Fing-Etalab mission has been launched with the EIG Promotion 2!

On the 26th of September, the Fing held its first Our Systemsworkshop, organized within its mission with Etalab, on the subject of the exemplarity and social responsibility of public algorithms. Several Public Interest Entrepreneur program projects have participated such as DataESR, Hopkins, Tell-tell signs, OpenChronic or LabSanté, as well as Fing partners such as Orange, EDF and La Poste.
